Conservation - a call to action!
Activities include:
Guest Lectures with brief overview on the history, current and future conservation activities and developments. Endangered species: We give you once in a lifetime opportunity to come face to face with the last remaining species in the endangered red list and you will hear the amazing story of the conservation actions taking place.
Wildlife tracking: We give you a unique opportunity to learn about and track wildlife It is a great way to learn about specific animals and all of the information gathered is passed on to Ecological Monitoring Departments for continued research.
Night game drives: This thrilling activity offers guests an opportunity to discover wildlife ‘after hours’. With the help of a spot light, the drives can produces some unusual sightings of nocturnal animals.
Orphanages & Sanctuaries: These facilities were established to receive and provide a life-long refuge to orphaned and abused wild animals.
Community & Culture
Through various activities, we challenge the worldview of stereotypes and binary ideas about how and who the native people are at each destination: Our native hosts will explain & translate. They will tell their personal stories as well as that of their families and the native people of the destination. They take you through their cultural journey from Child-hood to date and the effects of globalization on their indigenous cultures.
